CRM User Guide

CRM lives in the left sidebar (CRM), not a colored top bar. L2 links: Dashboard, Leads, Interactions, Opportunities, Projects, Counterparties, Organizations, Persons, Contacts, Reports, Sales hunter, Lead generator.

Leads

Create New Lead (required first and last name). Optional: company, position, source, status, priority (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, URGENT), estimated value and currency, close date, assignee, notes, tags, contact values by contact type, marketing campaign.

Statuses: NEW, CONTACTED, QUALIFIED, PROPOSAL, NEGOTIATION, CONVERTED, UNQUALIFIED, LOST. Change status on the lead page.

Score (0–100) is stored on the lead and can change from email events. It is not a full automatic model of company size plus website activity.

Contacts

Contacts attach to leads, counterparties, and persons. Types come from Settings → CRM → Contact Types (email, phone, address, and custom types with validation). Mark a primary contact of a type when needed.

Interactions

Open a lead or opportunity → Add Interaction. Types include email sent/received, inbound/outbound calls, meetings, website visits, form submissions, and notes. Email open/click can also be recorded from campaign tracking.

Opportunities

Stages: PROSPECTING, QUALIFICATION, PROPOSAL, NEGOTIATION, CLOSED_WON, CLOSED_LOST. Probability is a field on the opportunity (create form defaults to 25%); it is not a fixed table per stage.

Create from a qualified lead or from Opportunities. Fields: name, amount (major currency units), currency, expected close date, assignee, linked lead/counterparty.

The pipeline groups cards by stage (filters: search, stage, assignee, value). There is no drag-and-drop between columns; change stage on the opportunity. CLOSED_WON can create a finance transaction and can be converted to a Development project.

Campaign attribution

A lead can store marketingCampaignId. ROI for a campaign is computed from attributed leads and CLOSED_WON revenue vs. campaign cost. There is no CRM → Analytics → Campaigns screen.
