Features Overview
Emperor is a workspace product: infrastructure, projects, marketing, CRM, and finance in one sidebar.
Facilities
Registry of servers, domains, publications, and email servers. Facilities → Audit runs public DNS and SMTP checks for an email server (see /support/docs/email-audit).
Development
Projects, git repositories, and an optional YouTrack project id. Business models and sales funnels live on the project, not as top-level sidebar modules.
YouTrack ID (project shortName, for example EMPEROR) must be unique when set.
Marketing
Marketing campaigns, content, Search Console / Ads / Trends tools, and keyword work. Google Ads in Emperor is read-only; live changes stay in Google Ads (see /support/docs/google-ads-campaign-planning).
CRM
Leads, interactions, opportunities, counterparties, organizations, persons, contacts, reports, sales hunter, and lead generator. Details: /support/docs/crm-user-guide.
Finance
Overview, quick entry, transactions, budgets, and reports. Closing an opportunity as CLOSED_WON can create a finance transaction.
Settings
Workspace, notifications, integrations, finance, CRM contact types, and marketing. Paid extras (for example a paid email audit) use Cart and Checkout.
Services
Services is the catalog where members, admins, and owners order work. Viewers do not see it.
